1. Our Promise
We stand behind every order. If we can't complete what you paid for, you get your money back — no interrogation, no runaround.
2. Full Refund — Order Not Started
You are entitled to a 100% refund at any time before a booster is assigned and the first game is played, minus any non-recoverable Stripe processing fees on the original charge.
3. Prorated Refund — Order In Progress
If your order has been partially completed, you can request a prorated refund based on the remaining LP, wins or games. For example: on a €100 boost that is 40% complete, you are entitled to a €60 refund.
4. No Refund
- The order was completed successfully as ordered.
- You changed your Riot account password mid-order without notifying us.
- You played on your account during a Solo Boost without pausing the order.
- The account was suspended by Riot for reasons unrelated to our work (e.g. prior toxic behavior, third-party software already installed).
5. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are refundable in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellations forfeit 50%. No-shows forfeit 100%.
6. How to Request a Refund
Open a dispute from the order page in your customer dashboard and select "Payment Issue" or the most relevant reason. Our team responds within 24 hours.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
8. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster and more fairly through our dispute system. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
