Titan Boost ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and provides League of Legends boosting, coaching and account services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

- Account information: email address, display name, Discord username, hashed password.
- Order information: Riot ID / summoner name, server region, boost preferences, notes.
- Riot account credentials for Solo Boost orders (encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage).
- Payment metadata: order amount, currency, Stripe payment reference. We never store your full card number — that is handled by Stripe.
- Support communications: messages, screenshots and files uploaded to the live chat or dispute system.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create your account and authenticate you.
- To fulfill boosting, coaching and account orders you place.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To communicate with you about your orders, disputes and support requests.
- To send transactional emails (order updates, receipts, password reset).
- To detect fraud, protect accounts, and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Encryption of Riot Credentials
Riot account passwords submitted for Solo Boost orders are encrypted server-side with AES-256-GCM before being stored. Only authorized administrators can decrypt them, and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Credentials are wiped once the order is closed at your request.
5. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or bank details. Stripe's own privacy practices apply — see stripe.com/privacy.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) strictly to operate the service.
- Law enforcement, if legally required.
7. Retention
Order records are retained for up to 24 months for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Encrypted Riot credentials are deleted as soon as the order is completed. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
You can access, update or delete your personal data, request a copy of it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email support@titanboost.gg to exercise these rights.
