OCE requires OCE ping
OCE is hosted in Sydney. Playing an OCE account from any non-Oceanic IP produces both a fraud signal and a mechanical penalty in-game. Every OCE session at Titan Boost runs from a native AU or NZ IP with sub-30ms ping.
The population is small enough that Grandmaster and Challenger OCE queues only fire during peak Sydney evening hours; we schedule high-elo OCE orders around that window.
